Description

The photographer has noted on the back of the print: 'The Law Courts, London. Chancery Court 3. Iron chandelier (clock designed by A. E. Street)'.

He has also added underneath: 'George Edmund Street, architect'.

The photographer, Philip E W Street, was the grandson of George Edmund Street and the print was housed in a box labelled 'G E Street buildings', alongside other photographs of sites with connections to the architect.
