Description

Some of the interesting features of the doorway include a tympanum depicting the Tree of Life flanked by two beasts, and a seated figure carved under the hood mould. There is also a ring of beak-heads around the tympanum which is unusual for a church in Somerset.

This print is stuck to the reverse of the mount for OP26631. It is unclear whether it was also donated by the Municipal Libraries in Bath.
