The 17th century brass lectern in Wells Cathedral

The lectern was given to the church by Dr Robert Creyghton around 1660.
On the back of the print is written 'Philips City Studio', which may indicate the name of the photographer.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
The photograph was received by the National Buildings Record on 8th September 1952.
