Description

On the reverse of the mount is a note stating: 'Tewkesbury Abbey, North choir ambulatory, North side. Chapel of St Margaret in middle of which is an effigied screen of Sir Guy de Brienne, 3rd husband of Lady Despenser, whose tomb monument is on the south side of the ambulatory immediately opposite. Sir Guy died 1390. Late Decorated, must have been ordered before his death'.
