Description

The gardens were laid out between 1825 and 1842 to provide walks for those taking the waters at the Pump Room. The grounds of Marle Hill House were later added to the gardens and together they now form Pittville Park.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
