Description

60 Water Street is also referred to as both the De Vere House (after the family who owned it until the end of the 17th century) and Garrad's House. It has been heavily restored and the front now has exposed timber framing with 20th century brick infill. The door has also been replaced, although the bressumers and door posts are unaltered.

Noted on the back of the print, in pencil is: 'F A Crallan's collection given Jan 1954'.
