Description

Rushbrooke Hall was an E-shaped, Tudor moated manor house and over the centuries it was home to the Jermyn, Rushbrooke and Rothschild families. The main body of the house dates from around the 1550s but, in 1735, a number of alterations were made to the house and the north front was re-faced. It was demolished in 1962, having been destroyed in a fire.
