Description

Purton Green Farmhouse is a timber-framed hall house, parts of which possibly date to as early as the late 13th century. The bay at the north end of the house was replaced in the 15th century and the two storey bay at the south end was added at the end of the following century. It was purchased and restored by The Landmark Trust in 1971.
