Description

62, 64 and 66 High Street are formed from a single mid-17th century building. At the time the photograph was taken, number 62 was the premises of Mr Glosborn's plumbing and decorating business, number 64 was a shop called 'Rosher' and number 66 was the Coffee Tavern. Number 68, a separate 16th or 17th century building, was occupied by the Printing Office.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
