There are two chapels in St Oswald's Church, one either side of the chancel. Both chapels are screened but it is not known to which one the screen shown in this image belongs. The print OP28904, also by Frederick Crossley, shows the other traceried screen, on the opposite side of the chancel.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
