Description

Hewitt's Maltings was located between Victoria Street South and the River Freshney, just north of what is now Frederick Ward Way. It was destroyed in a fire and demolished in 1976.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.

The photograph was accessioned by the National Monuments Record on 16th June 1976.
