The photograph was taken after 1909 when the City Hall building was completed.

The back of the print is stamped 'Passed J.P. 9 Jan 1913' which may indicate the date the photograph was taken.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
