Description

Beneath the date, in the lower right corner of the mount, as the initials 'R. B'.

Moreton Hall was built by an American called Charles Tuller Garland around 1906 - 1908. The house was inspired by Wilton House near Salisbury and was designed by W. H. Romaine- Walker. It is now the Moreton Morrell Centre and is occupied by Warwickshire College.

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
