Description

The dovecote is predominantly 18th century in date, although it incorporates elements from an earlier building as well as later alterations.

On the back of the print is the note: Rec'd fm Soc of Geneologists'.

The print OP29621 shows the structure covered in ivy.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.

The photograph was received by the National Buildings Record on 12th February 1957.
