Description

The Guy's Cliffe estate was sold in 1947, with the mill becoming the Saxon Mill pub, the stables a riding school and the kitchen garden a nursery. Plans to convert the house into a hotel were never completed and it fell into disrepair. It was also damaged by a fire in 1992.

The prints OP29650, OP29651, OP29652 and OP29653 are mounted together on a loose album page. On the other side of the page are OP29654 and OP29655 which shows images of Lasborough in Gloucestershire.
