Description

On the back of the mount is the note: 'before addition of new nave + tower by Sir A. Blomfield completed 1902'.

The construction of the church was begun in 1843.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.

The photograph was accessioned by the National Buildings Record on 19th October 1951.
