Description

On the mount for this image is the handwritten note: 'Holy Trinity Hospital. In the Warden's Garden'.

Trinity Hospital was founded by Sir William Cordell in 1573 as an almshouse for twelve men and two women.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
