Description

Noted on the back of the print is 'Another view of Sitting Room. The open chimney has been boarded in and a Courtier fire installed which heats the water. Behind the curtain in Photo 2 is a door leading through a short beamed passage to what was the Dining Room. I used it so little after my husband died that I sold the furniture and made it into a playroom for my grandchildren'.
