Noted on the back of the print is 'An interesting feature of the Cottage is the way this part of the top pokes forward at quite an angle. You can also see where is joins the new part. The back, by the front door, is almost covered with creepers and my idea is to have all the new part covered leaving just the old structure exposed.
This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
The photograph was accessioned by the National Monuments Record on 11th March 1969.
