The back of the print is stamped 'B.R.A. 1906' and 'Father Hamilton Maughan Collection'.

Although opened for worship in 1893, the church was still described as unfinished in 1899.

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-2012 Red Box Project.
