The panels represent a marriage alliance between the Cope and Tame families and may have been rescued from the Cope family home which stood on the site of the former Priory at Canons Abbey.

Archival History

This photograph was withdrawn from the open Red Box Collection for conservation reasons during the 2011-12 Red Box Project.
