Description

The three bow roofed sheds to the left of centre, a former timber yard, were the home of Shakespeare Marine, boat builders. The chimney of Collins' builders yard is prominent to the left of centre. In the left foreground is the beginning of a row of warehouses, formerly used for loading, unloading and storing goods travelling via the river. These buildings have since been demolished. The Abbey tower can be seen in the background rising above the Town.
