Mill Bank stands on a raised pavement facing the Mill Avon just above the Abbey Mill, newly faced with engineering bricks here. Numbers 7 and 8 are seen on the left. To the right are the brick frontages of numbers 14 and 15 Mill Street, these are a mid or late C18th refronting of a timber framed building. On the extreme right of the photograph a barge can be seen beside the Abbey Mill.
