Description

Dix's Field was formed of two rows of houses, running east to west, and was completed in 1803. Most of the houses on the north side and some on the south were severely damaged by the air raid on 4th May 1942 and most of the site was subsequently cleared. OWS01/17/176 shows the north terrace after the demolition of the end property.
