The card is dated 17th October 1913 and is signed 'Vale View M.J.S'. Vale View was the home of William Smith during the late 19th/early 20th century, so 'M.J.S' might possibly be his wife or other female relation (she suggests in her correspondence that she can be seen amongst the pictured women).
