Description

The Lister Drive Baths opened in May 1904. It was the first of four Edwardian baths to be built by the Baths Committee, and was designed by Borough Engineer W R Court. The heated water was pumped in from a nearby power station. The baths closed in 1987 and in 1992 the building was reopened as the Lister Fisheries & Pet Centre (or Lister Drive Fisheries & Pet Centre).
