Description

The Bankhall Girls' Institute and Girls' Evening Home was opened 1889. It became the Rydal Youth Centre in 1974, and was later used as the Rydal Boxing Gym or Rydal Gym. This photograph was published on page 150 of 'Played in Liverpool' by Ray Physick.
