Description

Since the 1990s, the bowling greens in many public parks in Manchester have been surrounded by fences and railings with antivandal paint, as shown in this photograph, as a preventative measure against misuse and trespassing. This photograph was published on page 84 of 'Played in Manchester' by Simon Inglis.
