The Osmaston Stand was built in 1933 to the designs of Archibald Leitch, who had been commissioned in the 1920s by Derby County Football Club to develop the ground. The club moved from the stadium in 1997 and the stands were demolished in around 2003/2004. The site was redeveloped for housing. This photograph was published on page 169 of 'Engineering Archie: Archibald Leitch - football ground designer' by Simon Inglis. This image was scanned from an undated 35mm transparency.
