This is the complete original excavation report and (including cover and end pages) totals 127 sheets. It is a mixture of original and copied; manuscript, typescript and printed sheets in different materials. Each section of the report is detailed more fully below. The report is undated but was sent to the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England on the 16th March 1989. The excavations finished on 9th December 1988.
