Description

The negative was produced from a print. SAM01/02/0346 and SAM01/02/0347 show the same image.

Peace Day was a bank holiday held in Britain on 19th July 1919 to celebrate the end of the First World War. It is thought nearly 15,000 troops took part in the parade.
