Description

On the left the building has four storeys of an 18-window range with a recessed attic or fifth floor with canopied roof, while the central entrance has five storeys and a four-window range, with a porch with three open concrete pentagons. Behind this central range is the base of a circular brick tower, the top of which is not shown. On the right side is a partial view of a two storey protruding section.
