Description

The letter is an original copy sent with the archive for the files. It was sent to Francis Kelly of the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England by Lesley and Roy A Adkins, the excavators and authors of the report. The letter indicates the black and white roll films have been lost by Somerset County Council who were responsible for processing them. They are thus not with this archive and do not appear to have turned up later.
