Thirteen sheets relating to the design and power supply of a new ticket office and shop at the castle, created between 1985 and 1988. The drawings were created by various contractors and departments for the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England, under the same Job number. Creators included English Heritage, the HBMCE itself and KLIMAAT Building Services Contractors of Surrey. who specialised in heating design.
The series includes five sheets of drawings relating to the electrical services to the office and shop, including details of lighting, heating and power supply.
There are also seven sheets of design and construction drawings relating to the overall design and individual elements of the ticket office and shop.
This series also includes a location plan showing the location of the shop and office within the castle site.
