Description

The collection comprises a series of large format black and white photographs of various locations dating from 1858 to 1900.

The locations include: Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucestershire; St Thomas's church in Clapton, London; 17 Gracechurch Street, London; and Bournemouth and Christchurch Priory, Dorset. Named photographers include: Roger Fenton, Bedford Lemere, Albert Hester and J. Munro.
