Description

A set of negatives dating to the late 19th century bought by G B Mason in 1947 whilst he was taking photographs for the National Buildings Record. Mason then sold them on to the NBR. The photographer is not identified but Mason's correspondence describes him as an 'Old boy' who 'went around on a Penny Farthing cycle'. The negatives are thought to mostly relate to sites in Northamptonshire.
