Description

RCHME Exeter undertook a survey, requested by English Heritage, of a site at Dartington North Wood in March 1994. The site comprised two conjoined enclosures with an adjacent scarped earthwork platform projecting eastward and a well defined hillslope enclosure to the north. These features have been interpreted as Iron Age/possibly Roman. The project specification has been recorded as administrative records.
