Palaeoenvironmental and archaeological features at Gravel Banks and Severn Beach, Severn Estuary near Avonmouth were surveyed by the RCHME in March 1998. The survey was undertaken to record palaeoenvironmental sampling sites, peat exposures and archaeological features.
