Description
Earthworks and structures associated with the coastal batteries at Grain on the Isle of Grain, Kent were surveyed in March 1998 by the RCHME Cambridge Office. The survey was undertaken at the request of Kent County Council as part of an Interreg II programme relating to historic fortifications in Kent, Nord-Pas de Calais and West Flanders.
