Building has subsequently been demolished. File contains 5 unnumbered RCHME photographs in an enclosure with 'E Mercer' written on it. There are also 3 unnumbered photographs from North Devon District Council in the file.

Archival History

The original file was found to be lost in June 2009. A replacement file was created for photographs 12/00715 which were added at this time but other material remains lost.
