Description

The file contains the 2007 survey report on the site, as well as background notes, correspondence, copies of plans and photographs.

48 Inner Court was the sole surviving building to which the leading academic Joseph Rykwert made a contribution as a practising architect. The material in this file was generated by a planning application in 2007 to turn the site into luxury flats designed by Norman Foster. The original application was turned down in July 2007.
