A file created by the English Heritage Scientific Dating Team containing correspondence, notes, radiocarbon sample descriptions, radiocarbon dating results and journal extracts relating to the Mausoleum and Roman Villa at Bancroft, Buckinghamshire. The file describes the samples taken from the site as charcoal and human bone. The Mausoleum is a square shaped temple of second century date and the surrounding area shows evidence of Bronze Age, Iron Age and Belgic occupation.
