Description

A file containing 6 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on The Parade, Sutton Coldfield. Known as Woolworths store number 155, this was the one-hundred and fifty fifth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles. The store opened in 1924 at 97 The Parade. In the 1960s the branch moved to larger premises at 68-74 The Parade. It closed in December 2008.
