Description

A file containing 1 photograph depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store at Tottenham Court Road, Camden. Known as Woolworths store number 175, this was the one-hundred and seventy-fifth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles. The store opened in 1924. Tottenham Court Road underwent a large scale redevelopment in the 1970s during which the original Woolworths building was demolished.
