Description

A file containing 14 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Rushden. Known as Woolworths store number 231, this was the two-hundred and thirty-first branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles. The store opened at 95 High Street in 1926. It became a Woolworths 'Local' in 1997, and closed in 2009.
