A file containing 2 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on Church Street, Croydon. Known as Woolworths store number 234, this was the two-hundred and thirty-fourth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1926. It was the second Woolworths store to open in Croydon; the first was located at North End (Woolworths store number 3). The store on Church Street closed in 1972.
