Description

A file containing 9 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Scunthorpe. Known as Woolworths store number 281, this was the two-hundred and eighty-first branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1927. The store closed in 2002 and Woolworths relocated to The Parishes Shopping Centre, as Woolworths store number 1244.
