Volume: F W Woolworth and Company Limited, 103-104 High Street, Newport

Description

A file containing eighteen photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store at 103-104 High Street, Newport. Known as Woolworths store number 303, this was the 303rd branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1928. The store was originally at 104 High Street, but some time after 1972 it expanded to include 103 High Street. The store closed in December 2008.
