Description

A file containing 19 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on The Broadway (Uxbridge Road), Southall. Known as Woolworths store number 375, this was the three-hundred and seventy-fifth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1929. The purpose-built store originally opened at 65 The Broadway. It was extended, probably in the 1930s or 1940s.
