Description

A file containing 13 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on Brandon Street, Motherwell, Lanarkshire. Known as Woolworths store number 412, this was the four-hundred and twelfth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1930. In 1994 the store closed and moved to Brandon Parade, and was renumbered as store number 1196.
